SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All products will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed on the website.*

  • Please note commission artworks and/or custom design objects are made-to-order, and the timeline and delivery will differ from ready to ship items. Estelle will outline the shipping and delivery expectations during the commission process.

Orders shipping within Australia:

For Regular Australian post, you should expect delivery within 3-7 business days

For Express Australian post- you should expect delivery within 2-4 business days.

All Australian domestic orders are shipped via insured Australia Post Registered Post. Your order is trackable (tracking details will be sent once the items have been delivered to an Auspost facility) and requires a signature on delivery.

If you are sending direct to someone special as a gift and would like a personal note from you included inside, just write your message/details in the 'notes' section during checkout.

Express shipping can be arranged for an extra charge.

Estelle Briedis cannot be held responsible for unpredicted shipping delays with Australia Post.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address entered at time of checkout is correct. Please note, package labels are created with the address exactly as it was given, so please check at the time of purchase.

Packaging

All orders are packed carefully and securely for postage. Please find details under the artwork/object for exact packaging details.

RETURNS

All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you are extremely happy with your order. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email estellebriedis(@)gmail.com as soon as possible.  Once we have confirmed that it can be returned we will supply you with the return details.

Send back your item within 14 days of receipt and it can be repaired, replaced, or returned for a full refund. Providing the product is completely unused, in the original condition has the original packaging and receipt.

  • Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable.

  • If in the event of the goods being faulty however, please get in touch as soon as possible at estellebriedis(@)gmail.com

  • Please keep receipts of returned products for proof of postage.

COMMISSION ORDERS

As commission/custom orders are created especially for you please be aware that these are made-to-order products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Should you decide to cancel your commission for any reason, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order price will be charged.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final and non-refundable or exchangeable.

PRODUCT ACCURACY

A slight variation of colouring may occur when viewing in browsers through different monitors. Please be aware that every product has been hand-crafted and as a result slight variations in colour and size, style and shape may occur.
